Ericsson 2G (DUG) Integration

How to Integrate 2G cabinet (Ericsson ) in case Indoor
Cabinet (RBS 6201)

     

First connect on the cabinet (DUG) on port LMTA using

 USB to RJ cable

and then adjust the COM port on the OMT

:Then follow the following steps in order

• Create IDB

     - Cabinet setup -- New

             - 

      -Antenna sector setup -- New

    -RE setup

• Define Node Parameters

Master DUG will be on Hub position : B1

others Digital units will be on : A5 , A6 , A7 , A2 , A3

• Define RU position

• Add all defined units to  present

• Define Transmission

• Install IDB

press on connect and put DUG on local mode to can install IDB
on it.

then press on install 

Then after installation remove DUG from local mode

The final Design 

Only RUS 01 B8 for every sector with 4 carriers
